Sad to hear today of the death of Gary Brooker of Procol Harum, as a tribute to him I offer this version of their most famous song which I consider to be one of the best versions.

A wonderful rendition of this great totally classic choon indeed Mandart. I really enjoyed the Magna Carta vid, thanks for sharing.
Oh Penni .... I just loved the vid of Cult, right up my street there! Would have loved to have seen them live. Excellent choice!
Corr, thanks for the Mediterranean Gin! I will have a very large glass of that with San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa.
Books, another amazing list of choons! I'm with Cats - Paranoid had me remembering my head-bangin' days (and nights!) at any venue around Stoke and district, especially at the Highwayman in Threapwood.
Pos, I hope you have recovered from your trip up the steps. I once fell up the stairs (rushing about at great speed) and badly damaged my shins. I still have a scar and dent in my left tibia!
Size 12 shoes eh? Not sure whether to call you Bigfoot Bear...lol!!! PS: had a giggle at your choon selection!
Chockie, have your bins been emptied yet? We put two bins out last night, and they haven't emptied the garden waste one today.
Weekend went well, Teagan and family arrived Saturday and we had a wonderful family weekend together with Lucia and Dominic's families too.
The weather was too dangerous for her to return to Nottingham on Sunday, so they stayed an extra night with us.
Phones ringing .... must dash ... xx

Great tune, this is how I remember Magna Carta
Magna Carta - Emily Through The Windowpane (British TV 1969) - YouTube
Ah yes, remember that well - always been a great fan of Chris Simpson & Magna Carta - noted he's on the cusp of retiring, seems to think reaching his 80s is a reason to slow down. Bit unreasonable if you ask me.
Here's another:

Hi everyone, thanks for the choons. Always good to listen to your choices.
I had a silly fright early this morning! I'm a bit of an insomniac, and as it was becoming light I decided to catch up with sales for my melts (not here!) ..... so I started with one of the most popular scents which was almost gone, just a few gms left. I got a new bottle out and opened the back door to put the empty bottle into the recycling glass box just outside.
Suddenly, a brown rodent with a long tail sped past me. I'm not usually afraid of mice and ratties as our kids used to have pet ratties (they do make lovely pets you know!).
I just wasn't expecting this, so I slung the empty glass bottle into the bin (smashing it) uttered a few profanic swear words, dived indoors and slammed the door shut quick. After composing myself, I opened the back door .... and there it was, this strange brown rodent was lying propped up next to the glass box.
As the sun had risen slightly more, I could see more clearly that my 'rodent' was not a rodent at all. It was a big brown curled up leaf with a long leaf stalk, which could have been blown off from my magnolia tree. I felt so silly, I had to add a drop of scotch to my morning coffee!
Well, JR is watching the footie match after being fed and watered. I'm now about print labels for the Mother's Day melts, so I will sign out with a couple of choons that I used to love and still do.

Nice to hear from you all.
I wish I could find something to be happy about but the way things are going, this year is going to be worse than the last 2 years.
Maybe some puppy pics will help..
