Hello Janet,
I have logged onto my account and see that all references to a late statement have been removed. Ebid support responded very proactively and I appreciate this very much.
As a result of demonstrated efficiency, I have decided to keep my account opened and I will even try to list more items one bid in the future, as time allows. Thank you very much for your help!
