I've tried to reproduce it with Bing searches but I'm not getting it
it appeared on bing news under a newspaper story, atm all their ads seem to be for Nike - with the pics. Maybe it's because they are text only they've put their own pic [ trying to get you to spend more]. It did link to https eBid page. This is just now. Both a bit down the page tho.
URL/link from ads is https://www.bing.com/api/v1/mediatio...SubGroup=ego_2
the 2 above I found by going to microsoft news then using ctrl + f to search for ebid.
It wont come up on a google/bing search as it's a bing ad, just as if you search eBay you dont get the generic ebay ads - just their seller ads.
It's notcoming up on every news story and when it does it can be many pages down. [Incase you're wondering there are some papers I dont want to give ad revenue to but might read their stories occasionally tot get a balanced view of their stories, so I do occasionally scroll down

Thanks Kodak, very strange. Seems to be Bing adding generic pictures to our ads as placeholders. I do not have a clue as to why one with the word "Hacked" would be shown, seems to be a massive example of click bait.
We'll look at this more deeply to try and get to the bottom of it.
Thanks for the help

Gazza, take a look at some of this, it shows you the length to which some outfits will go. Who knows where dirty tricks begin or end.
