Even after I log into my personal Seller account I am still prompted to enter my password for the eBid Forums. I then get a message that my Forum password (which theoretically should be the same as my Seller account) is "Invalid". When I click on the link to reset my Forum password, I'm asked to enter an image verification/CAPTCHA - but that is displaying as a broken image (see attached screenshot), so I cannot proceed. Yes, I have tried several different web browsers. Please help.
(For the record, I am currently logged in to the Forums with my business account. It's my *personal* account I am having problems with. And yes, I have authority from eBid to run two separate accounts!)
