Hi, when I have made a sale. Can I upload my own invoice or do I have to use the one set up in eBid. I wish to have a different delivery price based on the buyers location.

As far as i'm aware you use the eBid Invoice. Just remember that when you make a listing you can add different shipping/postage costs depending on different locations/countries/zones.

You can give a postage discount either in £ or % on the eBid invoice you send but I don't think you can increase the postage price.
You would have to invoice them via Paypal if there is any extra to pay on the postage.

Using My Shipping Defaults, you can set multiple delivery prices for different areas of the world. I have set up delivery prices for UK, Europe and everywhere else. You can also specify additional postage increments for multiple item orders.
eBid's invoicing system is really quite effective and flexible..
