Morning all,I fear that I will have a long journey before my ill`s are mended. The lard is not working. I am type2 with kidney stones and neuropathy.
My breakfast is mostly pills and potions, but I am still breathing!
I did find a bottle Sarge, very dusty, but I`m sure it improves with age (wish I did).
Thank you Private Kite. It will be a welcome follow on as I had to go and inspect the new landlords again last night ... just to make sure they were coping of course !
Need to summon up some energy to finish the last couple of areas for delivering my letters before the council closing date and while it is dry. Think I will be out most of this afternoon so I need you to guard my listings (ahem, hope they don't notice I lost another one yesterday !)

Annie so glad its all going well,
We are off out to meet up with family, also have done relists & 2 dog walks already, think have done all I need to do.
Its still very cold here.
Buttons lets know how the accupinture pen works , hope it does.
Mike said it does work, he used it on one side yesterday when it arrived to try it, going to use it again today, it was recommended by painting Lemon Jayne ( Helen) it has helped her tremendously
I'm home!
Wow Annie, that was quick!
Well done you - and the hospital staff who have done such a marvellous job. Hoping that you will be pain free now, and enjoy all the things that you love to do.
Buttons, I feel for you and Mike. I sure hope that this acupuncture pen works well. I'm very interested in this, as my poor JR has a very painful and swollen ankle.
He is almost lame at times, and although he has seen the doc and had x-rays and physio, he is suffering with arthritis and it seems that the Naproxen doesn't really ease his pain much. I think I would like to try and get one for him if I knew more about it.
Pam, hope you had a lovely time meeting up with your family.
Sarge, good on you for doing all the work to keep your local pub. Wished you lived here - we don't have a single pub here in Wickham Market since it burnt down. How sad is that?
Red, you are doing a fine job in searching out the special ingredients for the sarge's morning drink additive.
(If you happen to find a stash hidden away under the floorboards - I think they are mine!)
all I know so far is mike said it is helping his hands which are quite bad as he has carpel tunnel in one and was supposed to be having it operated on, he has tried one knee yesterday and said it helped ease it and Helen said somedays she would not be able to walk if she didnt use it, I think you can use them anywhere including your spine neck and face, Mike is quite taken with it anyway, if you want i will send you the link to the one i got, ordered on friday PM and came sat lunch, it cost a little more than on the river but i wanted my Nectars under £20 anyway
