Default Do you print your own RM postage labels - Electronic Customs data becoming mandatory

    This is an absolute minefield

"In order to prepare for Electronic Customs data becoming mandatory, we will be updating Click & Drop to allow electronic customs data on orders for all international destinations, including Europe.

Electronic customs data can be added to your products, imported along with your orders via spreadsheet, or added when applying postage to your orders.
After the update, if you have the ‘Generate customs declarations with orders’ label format setting checked, then CN22/CN23 documents will be generated for all international orders."

For more information on how to enter electronic customs data within Click & Drop, please see the following guides:

No I use paypal to print my postage, fill the customs out, then just print the first page and stick my own customs label on it. I dont really like the royal mail website postage set up.

Never used the Paypal option as it doesn't offer [or didn't] the full range of RM postage rates.

The new Click & Drop set-up from RM took some getting used to but I'm OK with it now. Though why they insist on Paypal only for payment ...

I only do two options most of the time now 2nd LL, and international LL sized ones any thing bigger has to be collected by Hermes so I don't really look at the other options these days.

Same here but with RM or using up my stash of stamps + our local Hermes agent is next door to Lidl so himself has become my parcel dropoff chappie when he does the weekly shop!

Hmm, quite glad I only sell in the UK now, that sounds like a potential minefield...

Just managed to print a label via Paypal - at least you can get away with not inputting the Customs codes - for now.

keep the paypal tracking number Ann as i have heard say they can track a lost parcel with it, In fact if you sell anything on the other side the paypal tracking number is added automatically to the listing.
