Update section 3 - ?

I've filled in and updated sections 1 and 2, also completed section 3, but there is nowhere that says 'update' - so I can't move forward. Have I missed something ? I've gone over all the info and it all seems to be in place.

If you have filled in all your categories, just list a couple of items and go on-line. You don't have to 'update' section 3.
