How do I tell that my buyer is a guest?

Guests do have about me pages, I just checked one of my buyers who had replied to my e-mail "did item arrive ok" and "please leave feedback". Buyer said they logged in as guest after finding item for sale on web search and couldn't leave feedback.

I've been saying it for ages eBid, guest buyers do not understand your emails and that is why we get so little feedback ! PLEASE do something about it !!!
