You have so missed out by not trying Haggis...... the last one I had was fabulous ~ made by a prize-winning Butcher in Oban.... it went down a treat with some red wine (the haggis, not the butcher).
Mashed potates with swede/turnip (also mashed) is a must with haggis....... oh yum! My mouth is watering as I'm thinking about it.
