I have got this today, I am not on BT as mentioned in a post from Gazza. and due to this non contrasting colour scheme I can not see the box as to where to put my email address.

Yesterday when I tried to go to My eBid I was greeted by a notice telling me that my E-mail address was no longer accepting messages from eBid, either my inbox is full or it's sending them back as spam or something else I can't remember, please reset your E-mail address. I did this using the same E-mail address I have always used and went to my inbox only to find two messages, one to tell me my E-mail had changed from this one and one to say my E-mail had changed to this one. The one saying my E-mail had changed to this one also asked me to add a new password, out of convenience I put in the one I had already been using to see if it worked and it did.

Today when I tried to go to My eBid I was greeted by exactly the same message, my E-mail apparently is still not working and I had to reset again. Like yesterday I promptly got two E-mails, one to tell me my E-mail had changed from this one and one to say my E-mail had changed to this one.

All this is happening on my PC, I had no problems logging in on my laptop or my tablet yesterday using the same log-in details already remembered by both devices but the PC seems to have to jump through hoops to get in to eBid.

Is this something that going to happen every day from now on? Is someone phishing for log-in details? Is there something I can do to stop it? Can someone please help?
I got that message, so I reset it to the same email, and then it worked as normal

I did exactly the same and got the same result. However, I did need to log into the forums again.
The problem was not restricted to BT. I use Firefox.

Only happened to me once as well Vista + Firefox.

Just a thought have you got private browsing turned on or are you clearing cookies at the end of each session, either of these could be causing the problem you are having.

I'd get a Gmail one to use with eBid as BT still piggyback Yahoo which may be the cause of the problem.

I don't even know what private browsing is, so if it is turned on I've done it by accident. Definite no to the cookies, I've done it once since this started in the hope it would fix it. It didn't.
