Although I use my password and username, I can't log in to my eBid auctions. I sent you this message to you three times so far but still I can't get an answer from you Please help and let me the reason for removing me from the ebid auctions. I sincerely believe that I am very careful for not breaking your terms and conditions. Please reply to your question as soon as possible. Also I asked to consider giving me a lifetime membership but haven't received any reply, and still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Sir,
I can't log in since 5 Feb, and you didn't help me to sort this problem until now. And my outstanding account was zero. Now you are sending an invoice for the month of March, asking me to pay for my listings. How come that you didn't allow me to log into my account and see my listings but on the other hand you are going to use my credit card I submitted to your site to pay for you. Please don't use my credit card under any circumstances as long as you prevented me from logging into my account with no reason at all. At least you didn't gave me any reason.
