No international postage listed ... where did they go?

Gazza is it not possible to separate the different postage areas when using bulk edit so you can do one section at a time without having everything else wiped out ? It happened to me years ago and obviously it it still happening to other unsuspecting users !

All of the listings I have updated over the last several weeks in my Olympics Pins Plus store seem to have 'lost' the amounts I have put for P&P to Europe, to North America/Asia/etc. On a few I had a separate one for Australia as the P&P was a little higher than that of North America/Asia/Africa/etc. (Then the post office near me discovered that I didn't have to send these things by small packet but could be charged large envelope P&P ... so I consolidated all P&P outside of UK and Europe to one P&P).

This afternoon I was adding some new pins, couldn't remember the P&P amounts and could not find my notes. So I looked on a random listing from earlier weeks that had been updated, clicked on the edit button as that is the only place I could think to find the amounts. I have done this before and no problem. Today though all that was shown was the UK P&P amount. The Euro and the 'worldwide' ones are not there and a blank is left that says 'not willing to ship abroad' with 0.00 as the amount (it looks like it's waiting to be filled in and completed.) But before when I have checked older listings, the amounts have always been there. I know this because I came across a category in the store that I have not yet updated and the P&P is below the current mailing cost.

In addition I am having to update the photos as they now look like exploded bombs of pixels ... from way back low res saves, overall bad photos from a small camera and bad scanner.

In addition I am also changing the 'run until sold' to dated runs as well as making a few other changes. So many changes made easier by Bucket Edit. All seemed fine until today.

I just checked that example I gave you 26305587 and its P&Ps are back. I have randomly selected a few others and they seem to be ok but 4 or 5 out of 805 listings is not many.

I do know that I am not crazy and this afternoon the Euro and 'worldwide' P&Ps were blank.

So if you have fixed this then thank you so very much! I will be working on updates tomorrow and will see how things look.

We've been investigating and found a small problem, it was on the edit page and not the listing details page which was causing confusion.

Hopefully everything should be ok now.

We ship domestic as well as international. I am listing one at a time. The final listing only shows domestic even though we marked we ship worldwide. How can we get the listing to also show we ship international as well as domestic? Right now international buyers appear to have no clue they can buy or the price to pay for their shipping

So all were ok but the last one you listed? If so, which was the last one you listed (title or listing id)? People could search through all your listings to try and find the one you have problems with, but if you point them to it and save them that work then you are more likely to get help.
