Cant log in to lifetime account

Recently purchased the lifetime seller + account verified with PayPal ebid locked out my account wanting more documents should not take people's money then provide no service tryed to contact through help keeps saying enter valid email address witch i have and keeps saying the same thing very disappointed customer
