Default Document upload and placing code in alternative site help needed

I was asked today to upload my documents for verification and I have uploaded documents as requested. Pease how long does this process take as it seems, I cannot even see my listings since they asked for that.

    Secondly,

How do I please add the given code to my ebay account for feedback exportation. I need help if possible video help to do this. I am not a technical person. I would need help please to place this code in my ebay account.

    Thanks for helping out
    M. Grace

Import of eBay Feedback to eBid.

Method 1. (This method may not work on mobile devices unless 'Desktop View' is selected)

    1. Log into your eBay account.

    2. Click on your username to open your profile page.

    Name: fbimport1.jpg
Views: 101
Size: 28.9 KB

    3. Click on the Edit Profile button.

    4. Click where indicated in the image below, enter your eBid code into the edit box and click Save.

    5. Copy the URL of your profile page (something like: http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/astral276 - but with your country code and username) from the address bar at the top of your browser and submit that to eBid.

    6. Once the feedback import into eBid is complete you can delete the code from your eBay profile, edit it to something else, or just leave it as is.

    Method 2.
If you still have listings on eBay a second, maybe simpler, method is to insert your unique eBid code into the title or description of one of your eBay listings and supply a link to that listing back to eBid for verification and feedback import. Any other page only editable by the account holder should also suffice.

I've never had to do it, but my understanding is not long (within working hours). If you have fully logged out of eBid and logged in again with no joy and wish to chase it up contact admin at support@ebid.net
