Have you ever left a neg?

It's like supermarkets. I usually go to the self-service checkout and only use the cashier if there's no one in the queue.

No chit chat, just scan and go. The same applies online for many buyers. I'm not overly concerned as to who is selling the item. I just want the item asap (within 3 days)

I only expect an email if there's a problem with my order tbh.

you really dont seem to grasp the point a new buyer to ebid is going to be apprehensive , they will be reassured with contact with the seller knowing the seller is attentive to there order

To answer the OP's question!

I certainly have - several times - & usually to non paying time wasting losers, who very soon become struck off

PS - after giving them plenty of opportunity to complete their contract, I hasten to add.

I would most probably contact a buyer first if the item was of high value, but I wouldn't if the item was under (say) £30 atm.

I did get a neg on eBay once from a buyer that won an auction for one item, but also got freebies from another seller for the same thing. I didn't match his other deal so he negged me. Ebay removed that neg as it was unwarranted.

Would Ebid also remove an unwarranted neg if the seller was in the right?

Ebid removed mine and had one removed on OS as well as the lady could not read english ( French ) and thought a knitting patten was a brand new Mohair jumper for £1.00.

I recently received a neg but contacted support team who changed it to neutral but I still lost my 100%.

Reason for this was buyer purchased and paid for 30th Nov in the evening, I posted next day at the post office weighed and stamped by post office staff, thanked buyer and informed I had posted via email as well as ASL. I then heard nothing until this week when she negged me claiming insufficient postage so had not collected from the post office and also late.????? I then sent her an email asking her why she had not contacted me before neg. left reply was. That she had already paid postage was not prepared to pay the extra postage and had therefore purchased pattern elsewhere????.

If she had contacted me the matter could have been resolved but feel she just wanted to neg me anyway just because she could. Am I being paranoid or what.

i have left a neg in the last few months
item didnt turn up
i contacted the seller politely who relied that i had to wait 15 working days (which i know and understand)

i waited no item recontacted them still no offer of a refund
i didnt leave a neg until paypal refunded me

and when i did leave the neg the reply was
"1st lost in post. replacment sent, ebay refunded, i cant do anymore than that"

which was a lie

perhaps i souldnt of left the feed back ....
i work in retail and it seams that customers can throw the mire and we have to smile only in ciperland suppliers think there is no customer service

I leave negative feedback for most non-payers and for people who try to cheat me (has happened but mostly on tos - where I can't leave negs any more, of course)
