Wrong addressee in packing slip

When I choose the option "Print Packing Slip" from the drop-down menu, a new page opens with the wrong customer name/address.

Let us know why you think the address is "wrong".. Remember you may be comparing their PayPal address to their registered eBid address. If there is a mismatch it may be worth contacting the buyer to ask them which they wish to use.

*sigh* Let me rephrase: it's bringing up the wrong customer. I am trying to send a packing slip to Mr Smith, but Ebid brings up the details for Mr Brown (i.e. a completely different customer with a different transaction number).

It's a multiple-item listing (143021615). Two customers have purchased the same item, and the same listing number is appearing next to their orders in the After Sale Log. I suspect eBid's "Print Packing Slip" option cannot distinguish between the two buyers because they have the same listing number attached.
