Sorry to hear this. Keeping in good shape is important for those who want good health in their later years. Are you overweight by any chance? My advice to you is eat healthy and get exercise so you can keep your weight down. Being overweight can put undue stress on your hips and other joints.

It is caused by a lack of blood supply to the joints rather than overweight although i could do with loosing a few pounds the condition is called Avascular Necrosis (Osteonecrosis)

I am well on the mend now got over whatever bug it was i caught but not before passing it on to my career he's on the mend too lol.
Got District nurse calling tomorrow to remove the clips.
