Very new to eBID so please bear with me. Is there a quick way to check the items I have for Sale are on Google Shopping or is the only way to check each individual item?

One way (from Astral's Guide) is to add a unique set of characters to each listing description, you can then search google shopping for these characters.
try to find something that will not occur normally, you could perhaps use your user name mashed up a bit. i.e. Z2e0u1s3
