Wrong Price in Popular Listings section

Item No 137813480 appears in the popular listing column alongside the forums with a price of £0.10. When I clicked on the item the price comes up as £0.65.
How many times does this happen? Does it happen when there is a new listings column? The the price quoted in these columns sometimes higher than the correct one? if so, how many times have potential buyers looked and thought "Too Expensive"?

It had only been listed at 1621 today, I wonder if he listed it by mistake at 10p then quickly changed it to 65p. It would probably take the popluar listing list a while to reflect a change.

In which case, how does it get rated as popular so quickly? I think we should all be told.

Good question. I thought popular listings were based on number of views, guess I was wrong.

In this case it was listed at Thu 19 Mar 2015 16:21:49. tony41 made his post at 16:38, just 17 minutes later. Its not a multi item listing and as it is a Buy Now it has no bids! So how did it become a popular listing?
