I joined eBid yesterday. I received an email from eBid today requesting:
1) Identification Document Request
Please upload 2 scans of the following documents. Once checked and verified your account will be accessible once again.
Passport/driving license/utility bill/tax office/council/local government/bank account no more than three months old with your name and address visible. (No cell/mobile bills.) - I HAVE NO WAY TO SCAN DOCUMENTS and SEND. What do I do now?
2) Alternatively Import Feedback
If you have significant feedback (at least +10 positive) from another established marketplace site edit and add your unique code (shown below) to your "About Me" page at the other marketplace site.
When you've added our code to your "About Me" page at the other marketplace site (not eBid) just copy and paste the URL (web page address) of the page where our code can be seen to the box below.
We will then verify the code is in place at the other marketplace and as a bonus add the additional feedback to your eBid account.

I cannot reply to the eBid email and it appears I cannot contact them. What do I do now?????
