Madelaine, it has already been established that I didn't sell these items, I lost them and I have paid for that crime via the ASL with 10 x (for information only as buyer had already paid) invoices sent, 10 x your item has been dispatched sent and 10 x feedback left, and as this buyer didn't leave feedback for their previous 8 purchases from me I won't be getting my reward of feedback

Being serious for a moment, or at least trying to, multiple items purchased really should be combined on one eBid invoice so that a buyer is not inundated with emails for multiple purchases, it would be so much better if they just received one combined invoice, and therefore just one email with all their purchased items for invoice, just one combined email for dispatched/shipped.

Cheers Ash I had a look at your listings see if you had any butterfly jewellery items I fancied. I was surprised you have no jewellery items listed, did you sell them all, or just having a change of stock? I don't wear make, haven't done since my teenage years many moons ago.

I think when you buy an item you get an e-mail automatically, so this buyer in question would receive 10 e-mails, and then a further one for combined invoice

If there is a way to do that, please tell me how. The buyer had already paid for all 10 items with combined P&P (shipping) costs via Paypal all 10 items were on the Paypal invoice. (I've just this minute thought I may have been about to mark as ;Sent' via Paypal, will try to remember to check that option next time I have multiple purchases)

I looked all over the first invoice before I sent it for a link that said something like 'include other items from this buyer' and could see no way to combine the other items.

As I recall, and my memory is not good, when Ash (countryfeedback87) purchased 2 items from me he waited for me to send a combined eBid invoice, even then only 1 of the 'I' for invoice on the ASL went green, so I still had to send 2 combined invoices for both items to show green for Invoice on my ASL, same when I dispatched.
