Store banner design website

I might be opening a new store soon and wanted to design a store banner for it but I can't find JewlEffects website that I used before.

I thought I had it in bookmarks, can't find it there. I started a thread complimenting and recommending the ease of use of the website, I can't find that either.

Does anyone have a link to it please?

Eek! That means your BannerFans tutorial has gone. Would you be interested in me hosting it?

Full credit will be given, but I might have to make the odd tweak to shoehorn it into my site.

I could make a new tutorial, but I don't see the point in reinventing the wheel.
