Export sales data not showing after download

I exported after 'hiding' so can members export once sales are hidden?

hi Gill,

Go to My eBid Dashboard > Sold. The export sales data link should be there.

The export function will show any sales that you haven't removed/hidden from the list.

Sorry Gazza, but I've already done that and the pic above is what I get when trying to open in Excel.

Hi Gill,

Your data file is empty as you have nothing in your Sold list. If there were things in the Sold list then they would show in the data file.

With respect Gazza I've sold 7 items from 5 listings so far this year which appear in my sold list, albeit hidden by me.

If you want to put them back onto your Sold list you can just use the "Unhide" boxes.

Now I understand! I was under the impression that once I clicked the show hidden link the sales were back on the sold list. Maybe the unhide column could be highlight in bold red.
