GPO extend price reduction

In case you haven't heard, the GPO has extended the price reduction for small parcels until April,
up to 2kilos for £2.80 2nd class. Guess who went to the Post Office with his parcel already stamped with £3.80 ;-(

Oops. I once took in a package which I thought was a small parcel and so I had £2.80 in stamps on it but once I found out it was a large letter I carefully peeled the stamps off! (If I couldn't peel the stamps off I would have re-packed it and used the old packing (with the stamps) on another parcel)
