Have bidder who won three items, now he has line through his account. Sent three invoices, left feedback, as a non paying bidder. Usually I can pull down menu for "request FVF refund", but it does not show, if I "cancel the sale", will I get FVF's.

I think there is a time sequence when requesting FVF back. You will not get it back if you cancel the sale. Wait a little longer, the option to request FVF refund should appear.
I do not see any Feedback for your customer.

You have to send 2 reminders + leave negative feedback for your NPB before the option to reclaim FVF appears in your ASL - usually after 2-3 days.

You can leave neutral feedback also if the case warrants it.
