Thread: Is it wrong

That looks like what we call gyro meat here on the other side of the pond. I buy it frozen, by the pound, at a local supermarket that sells only kosher and halal food. I could easily eat it for several days in a row!

Yes...especially if you eat one after reading about Charlene Downes from Blackpool.

Mmmmm, it sounds yummy, but then again I mostly subsist on McD's and Dominos, so I'm not exactly the world's healthiest eater.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I like the shishkabab rather than the other ones, could eat a bag full of them though as they are a bit diddy round here

Likewise have never had Pizza Hut pizza, never had a MacDonald burger (though did have Wimpy ones back in 1969 - 1972), never had anything from KFC, don't eat curry. Never had any 'meal' delivered. Chinese food is about as far as I go.

    I did Pamela.

I really need to start eating healthy again. Today I was craving deep fried scampi. I went to Iceland to buy a pack and came across a bag of frozen kebab meat. I was curious how it tasted, compared to the local kebab shops and bought it. I fried it in a pan without oil as I knew it was already loaded with it.

It was strong on cumin, but was ok after dousing with hot sauce. The ingredients stated '50% mechanically separated chicken'.

I wasn't alarmed by this as I use all the basting stock from a roasted chicken as the gravy.
