Well we did manage haircuts Somer only had walk out of the frontdoor to the car, & were able to park right out side the hairdressers, so not to bad they made his beard tidy again so even going to the car he said his face felt cold, told him have to use a hat & scarf, but as at the moment he doesn't go far unless its in the car should be ok. must admitt nice to feel mine better.

Meebo could you try a book light? I got one when I had a kindle but i used it on books too. It just clips onto the top of the book and you angle the flexi-neck till it shines on your page

Good morning! Thanks for the tip, Penni. I'll try that. But this morning I slept till 4.30 - quite a late start, I think. Took my knitting and watched 2 episodes of Father Brown undisturbed. Made tea and coffee and sampled the bread I made yesterday. So now it's time to get dressed as I am determined to get some fresh air and walk a bit. Might even get the knitting finished

Well Buttons we are back to leaking roof its coming in at the top of the wall they have been over every inch of the roof space & stil can't find it so they are now gaving to take a few tiles & see if they can fathom it from there, must admit they turned up just after 9 after I rang just after 7.30 not very happy.
Then the put the re cycling out at 10-7 & by 5 to 7 it was blowing down the road so had to rescue that, eventaully put it out with bricks in it so its one of those days today,

Hope everyone else is having a better day, & don't see to much of the white stuff.

Hope they can find the leak pam, I know how you feel, Ian hasn't been back yet to do our leak but as the wind has been blowing in from the front beach it's not backing up on the roof, it's not that he isn't going to do it he will get here eventually.
It's a bit better here today so I am hoping my photo's will turn out better as we just wasted time doing them yesterday.

Mornin' troops. Nothing new to report apart from I discovered yesterday a new postcard seller has arrived on eBid. I've bought from him on the other side and the Belgium site, under different names, and told him he should come here so was very pleased to spot him arriving. He already had a buyer's account here and is now busy building up his listings so that is good news. Um, I had to send in a couple of practice shots, just to make sure his listings were secure you understand, so that accounts for the very funny feedback he left me !
