New to ebid... question about viewing sold listings of any seller

Hi everyone, I've had a shop on ebid for a year and a half, but have just started to really work it and bring customers over from 2 other sites

One of my customers has asked a question about how to see all my sold listings on ebid. Is there a way for her to do

We don't have that option here. The only way to see sold items is through the feedback system and that is not always accurate either because many buyers don't bother to leave feedback.

I have all my listings here except one on TOS.

In my "about me" page I say something about my selling there and that if a buyer would like to see my feedback or past sales they can find them through that listing.

It's a bit of a run around for a potential buyer but I hope that my feedback there will give them the confidence to buy from me here.

This does not answer the OP's question which was about looking a a seller's total sales not about feedback.

Before I posted my reply I looked at the OP's feedback because they said they had just started to work on their shop but had 267 FB. Their FB is all imported from other sites. I assumed that their buyer wanted to check the OP's previous sales for comments about packaging, description etc and described how I had enabled buyers to do this I do say in my post that the buyer can see past sales as well as FB and was trying to be helpfull.

Thanks for everyone's input. My feedback here is imported from one shop I've had on another "e" site since 2011. That's not total sales, but just positive feedback given. Feedback on the other "e" site, starting in 2005 is much more, but it seemed like overkill to import that.

My initial question had to do with customers being able to see my actual sales here on ebid, not feedback from other sites.

All of my sales on ebid (so far) have been with customers who came from those other two sites. They have/had the ability to view past sales on those platforms through search, but from what I'm gathering from replies to this thread, there is no option for them to view my sales here in the same way.

Since many people don't bother leaving feedback anymore, feedback doesn't show all sold listings.

Anyway, I've already told my customer that there is no way for her to view my sold listings here. She likes to keep track of my handmade pendants that way because she isn't able to get out to my store often enough to see what I'm offering on a weekly basis, but likes to make custom requests if she sees something sold that she liked.

You could always set up a pinboard for all your pendant designs on pinterest and direct your customers there

Good idea about Pinterest. I'm not very adept at Pinterest and don't know much how to use it.

Would customers need to be logged in to Pinterest to see them? I know that many of them don't have Facebook or Pinterest accounts and don't want them.
