Help new to eBid- Ninja Lister is not picking up photo

I have tried to upload the the CSV file and reports a error Invalid file..

I have attached the NL Backup I made if that helps Although this does not contain the Hong Kong Items - I am importing again by Turbo Lister - do I export ( which makes it a CSV file -???) or is there a way to do backup ( would that work ??)

Sorry .. still will not uplaod CSV file - File invalid ..?? I traied exporting on a .tdb file - and it was too big to upload ??
