Right off for a shower to cool down, had an awful night, body temperature kept going up beyond belief go up with a soaking wet head and I am still hot and sticky, it feels very humid in here at the moment, not nice.

Maple, haven't had my shower yet but withing the last 10 mins I am now freezing cold and sat with a hat and scarf on, eating my butties.

Yep, I got 'em Private Buttons and have taken the first one so fingers crossed I can get some relief in a day or two and then I shall be back to my old self bellowing at you all !
