Well I've just met a lovely newbie from Bristol who came over to collect a piece of pottery from me.

She said she found my listing via Google. Her husband does up vintage motorbikes, he buys parts from TOS but they will be looking at eBid too now they have found us. So anybody with vintage motorbike parts to sell get listing !

It seems very hit and miss.

Some people as previous messages do as well as they are happy with, some have a few sales and would happily have it increase 100%!

We knew we were taking a gamble but as TOS increased the fees so dramatically (from 300 free listings with the shop of £20 a month, down to 200 and then felt like it changed the rules per month!) it was verging on being beyond a joke. (So the one off fee was considered a gambol and worth taking).
Unfortunately even though we have gifts for 'everyday', birthday, anniversary and so on, and on good days a 100 a day TOS we have sold next to nothing in nearly a year
We were here for what had been our busiest time for year, may/june/july for end of the teaching year, and in the past we had helped Father Christmas with many gifts, but for both sold nothing

People who sell stamps seem happy, postcards, knitting patterns and SOME other collectables. Some other collectables have not done anywhere near what they need.

For everyday gifts it is not yet (cross fingers) working for us...
The one off fee is worth the gambol at least you have a place where you can try to sell specific items or old items that need a new home, and they are not shuffled off every month and given different rules and games to play each month!
(but do keep an eye on things as understandably they can only keep archived items for so long )

In your signature section you have put another link to your item for sale?
You have no thumbnail (gallery) picture & folk browsing tend to skip items for sale with no pics?
Did you fill in the Item Specifics section on your listing form so that your item will be uploaded to Google Shopping?

You will need to have a 'buy it now' price alongside your auction price if you want your item to get onto Google Shopping. You also need to make sure the bar code is filled in or if it doesn't have one then use the word 'EXEMPT'.

I have done the EXEMPT word, but my account doesn't have buy it now option will think about term and conditions, thanks

Maybe consider changing your listing to Platinum (very small fee) - & get all the extras including thumbnail (Gallery pic) & BIN + upload Google Shopping?
