Time for a Grolsch
Time for a Grolsch
Thanks Sal, too cool to smile, LOL! You should see my h.s. yearbook pic, I'm wearing a fedora from the 30s and a big pink necktie, I look like a reject from a garage band. All the musicians wore fedoras for our yearbook pix, I laugh when I look at them, some good memories.
Unfortunately, Al was banned from the forums, I don't know why and I couldn't get a good answer from eBid when I wrote them about it. I asked them to reconsider the ban but they said no, which quite cheeses me off as Al was nothing but helpful and kind to others, not to mention his stories and doggies kept me laughing. Plus, it makes me worry they'll toss more of us off without explanation; as someone once said, it helps to know the rules, otherwise it's hard to know when you're breaking them.
Is it snowing in Wales or anywhere in the UK? My sis said they're getting snow in NY, none here though, just cold rain and drizzle, ugh. I miss NY, especially around Xmas time...
Cheers and woof from me and the big guy,
Good morning all
No snow here in north Cheshire, but very strong wind and driving rain overnight.
All is calm now, but we are expecting what they call a 'weather bomb' today, the ferries across the Mersey are not sailing, there is a warning of high wind on all motorways in this area, don't think I will be venturing out today!

Stay safe!

OMG, I love that song! Actually my first kitty was named for it; when we found her on a boat (abandoned stray kitten) and brought her home that song was playing on the car radio, it still tears me up whenever I hear it, as it reminds me of Windy. It's funny how music can do that.
Went to PT today, it turns out my back stiffness isn't all in my head. They gave me some exercises to do, now just have to do them and hopefully I'll be less stiff.
Cheers and happy sunny Wednesday,
Time for a Grolsch.
if nobody coming in i'll have another grolsch.
Good morning cocktailers! Hope you're all here still and nobody is too windswept!
It's still blowling a hooly here. I'm off to see Thomas my little grandson of 5 months today. Can't wait.
Have a nice day folks
Good morning all
Enjoy your visit Sal, I just love seeing my Grandchilren, they brighten my life up no end!
I enjoy seeing babies grow in their first year, you can see changes in them month by month, my grandson is now 2 months old. Second year is the year they start to develope their mobility, talking skills and start pushing the boundaries of naughtiness. LOL.
My granddaughter is 2 and this is the first year of her knowing about Father Christmas...absolute magic!
Anyone know where Trish is, has she been held captive by her granddaughter
A totally random song from 10cc..
