if they paid via paypal you could tell them that paypal's T&C's state the items needed to be sent to the address given to paypal

Why bother with a different address?
You have both addresses, Right?
And you can't tell.
So why try to hide?

But they could try to claim it didn't arrive.

I agreed to send it to the other address - If I have a problem then I shall make it as difficult as possible for that person to buy here again but I don't expect there to be one.

However, if it happens again, I may put in an invoice

i used to have someone that regularly bought my under £1 patterns then sold them at twice the price on the other side but havent heard from her in months. Another was an Austrian buyer who would buy 10 craft cds at a time but they dont come around any more either
