Morning - didn't want to get out of bed, it was so warm and comfy .................................

Guess who didn't get the fridge/freezer emptied yesterday, so must do it today as we want to leave it empty whilst away after what happened 3 years ago - due to a brief power cut/surge the day after we left, it didn't switch back on and we didn't find out until our return two weeks later

Holiday Notice is working VERY well - no enquiries at ALL !

I might get a bit of peace today. O/H and Cadet Malcolm have a job guarding equipment for a hospice charity event in some woods at Western Super Mare. I'm not sure the organisers have had eBid army training though as they were told to bring a chair, food and a good book !

We have rain in North Wales ( nothing new there ) still got my cold and a terrible chest infection so don't think I will be upright for long. got a lot of goodies ( the knitting kind) delivered this morning, ribbons, flowers, pompoms, wool, gold thread, beads and three darling little dolls hats, so will have a play for a bit while I drink my hot toddy.

All done - fridge/freezer emptied and cleaned - all jars/pots/bottles that we need to keep now over in the Old Sailor's fridge ! + loads of stuff chucked out or gone into the compost bin.

Kitchen bin and kitchen floor next and think that's it before sorting my suitcase out this afternoon.
