Pop ups for adding pictures or sharing social media are blank PLEASE HELP

When I try to share via social media ( All Sites ) I get a blank pop up

When I try to add a picture on ebid I get a blank pop up !!

I cannot add new items until I get this sorted

Please help

Sorry you're having this issue. As I don't know too much tech-wise, I don't have a clue, except to wonder if you have a pop up blocker installed; if so, you might want to disable it and try again. Hopefully someone with more tech knowledge will have more ideas.
