Ebid and Skrill - does the buyer have any protection paying by skrill on ebid?
The reason I ask is I have made my first sale via skrill and my buyer she has claimed she has not received item. It was a cd worth £3 so I did not send tracked.
What protection has she got?

Why should the seller refund the payment if she receives the item. Doesn't make sense.

I think he meant if the Buyer doesn't receive... in other words, Seller integrity should be her protection.
