Hello,
Is There A Link For Rules And Listing Guidelines For Ebid?
Thanks!
My Items have been removed. Why?
Members listing inappropriate items for auction will have the item removed without warning. See below
Copies/Replicas
Please understand that these measure are there for your protect as well as eBid's. Relevant authorities are monitoring auction sites and are starting to prosecute users that abuse venues such as online auction sites to sell replicas and copies. We are working closely with these authorities and again, the removal of the items is protecting you
Multiple listings
It is not fair on other members to show row after row of the same identical item. If you want to list multiple identical items please list as a Dutch Auction
Ads/Promotions,'Get rich schemes' and 'do not bid'
We will remove listings encouraging 'dollarblast Ads, quickrich schemes, links on how to get goods cheaply, Advertisements etc
Blatantly advertising a 3rd party (own web site) sites under the 'umbrella' of an auction listing
This has an adverse effect on the entire community. It drives traffic away from the members listed auctions to the website linked in the text of the auction and is not only unethical but has a detrimental effect on the whole community
Terms and Conditions -Your Conduct
You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the service. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. In particular, you may not sell or buy property which requires a written contract, which is illegal, which requires a licence to buy or sell (for instance firearms, alcohol or pharmaceutical drugs) or which requires you to obtain an export licence.
I cannot access my account
If you have repeatedly listed inappropriate items it is likely that you have been suspended.
See our Terms and Conditions that you signed up to when you first registered via the registration page
eBid' Rights To Terminate.
You agree that eBid, in its sole discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) eBid believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of this Terms of Service or (b) if eBid believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of other users.
I think they appear at the bottom of the confirmation page when you list each item. They state that they will remove items without warning if you go against their listing policies and any listing fees will not be refunded.
