Have bus pass will travel... do not do a major shop any more, just wander out every other day or so or when I feel like it - and visit ASDA, Morrison, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, FarmFoods - depends on what I am needing or feel like eating. I actually enjoy food shopping lol....

Don't do a "big" shop.
Co-op a lot due it being next to the post office! And Sainsburys as its the nearest supermarket for other stuff. sometimes farmstores for frozen stuff
Weekly Lidl and Aldi, monthly Tesco, sometimes Morrisons & Sainsbury. Either because it's cheap or because we like the product in a particular shop ie Morrisons own frozen beef burger £1 for 4 as good as Birdseye. Sainsbury their own make peanut butter and frozen fish fingers.
ETA - my husband was in heaven when he moved in with me, we have a Lidl about 5 minutes walk away, he used to have to get a bus/taxi to Lidl when he lived in Birmingham.
(aside - Ash, I love the butterfly necklace, chain length is perfect, it's adjustable anyway. It's the biggest, best, easiest to take on and off butterfly necklace I have, it will be well worn.)

ASDA for me too for the quality and low prices. I actually shop with ASDA online and have my order delivered every Monday as I am just too busy to go do a weekly shop and it is more convenient too as I can be sat here doing work whereas that time would be lost to me if I went to the ASDA store as it would take me the best part of two hours including travel as it is a good 20 min drive there.

I shop Food Lion for groceries as it's closest, (less than a mile away), but much prefer Harris Teeter as they have a larger variety of items, including specialty items. Unfortunately, the closest one is across town and I hate driving in traffic, so I don't shop there much anymore.
Rite Aid and Walgreens drugstores are great for candy.
Best wishes for many sales to all,
dont want candy when i shop
