seller not responding

I have a problem with a seller. I won a nice Replica Rolex watch on the 18/01/05 and straight away after receiving the winning confirmation e-mail i've tried to contact him in order to arrange for the payment.

He has a paypal account but i wanted a confirmation on the name so i've send him several e-mails in both his e-mail accounts asking him about that.
I haven't received any response yet, and today to my surprise i saw the watch that i was bidding on up for grabs again! This time he increased his reserve price

What is going on? Is he allowed to do that and leave me cold turkey! Surelly there must be a fine for this.I really want that watch and i want to pay the seller but he doesn't respond.

His dealing name is superdiscount and has no feedback yet.

you can ask g and m for his phone number

write to them at support@ebid.co.uk

explain the situation and they will pass it on to you

though

it MAY be that seller is not getting your emails - this can happen between various isps sometimes

AND/or that he just hasnt replied yet and has a duplicate of that watch
(best case scenario i am just thinking/hoping)

Emma you are quite correct in your methods of response.Of course the seller could have dozens of items exactly the same or different,if the seller has offered payment to be accepted by PayPal then Paypal will have sellers details.If you have mailed G&M could be hiccup because G&M do not knowingly take kindly to replica items,I was a prolific seller of similar in the early days.And was suspended for that reason.Upon an undertaking of not repeating such a sale again.I was reinstated with no penalty.To cover thereselves and the site it is published on listing page that any item illegally posted will be removed,fees lost and possible suspension following.As you have already advised G&M,I shall be surprised if the seller is not informed at the very least.And yes there are many clones/duplicate/copies/replica's on the site generally.but as each complaint arrives in the office,it just does not help a sellers cause .Been there,done that,got book and teeshirt too.Good evening.In summary,dont hold your breath.swoppy.
