How can you call anything 'someone' with a nose but no body?

Once upon a time in the Land of No se Return, a very huge, swollen nose resided alone. No one talked to the nose. The nose developed the flu one day; sneezed large, and out flowed a horrendous amount of viscous turbulent watery substance. It flowed violently down the mountain, entering the town. It washed away all the town folk in the Land of No se Return. Afterwards, the nose recovered and sang loudly through its nasal septum, "I am someone" "I am someone".
