Hello,

I have been an ebid member for about 3 hours now. I was REALLY enjoying it. I paid for the lifetime seller+ subscription, and listed a couple items. I was just getting comfortable with the website when my account was shutdown to do "random due diligence".

I uploaded a copy of my drivers license twice. Now I need to wait for an email. What is going on???

Somebody please give me some advice because this is the most frustrating experience I have ever had... maybe Ebay wasn't so bad after all...

They do this routinely to sellers to help prevent scammers getting on. It does seem to help. Take a deep breath, relax, be happy you are somewhere warm and maybe sunny (?), and I'm sure if they need further info you will hear. Shouldn't take long to get you back up and running.

There is a 3 day holiday weekend here..........bank holiday (a generic name for no particular reason to have a holiday, but people want one now!!,...da boyz in support work day and night, I think, and are pretty quick about getting such things done. I hope you are enjoying your Memorial Day weekend! Do you have parades there?

You are a newcomer and trying to sell an expensive item which alerted the eBid 'police' for which you had to verify yourself to their satisfaction and for everyone's safety on this site. You achieved this and now you are free to list whatever you like (almost) without any more interruption (unless you do something really stupid).
