Can someone give an example in which the N word would be used appropriately?

Edited to say: maybe appropriately is the wrong term. How about using the N word where it wouldn't/ couldn't be considered racist.

Maybe if you can do the same for the "H" "C" or "WT" words.

I'm not sure what the H, C or WT words are. I believe I read in the thread it should be okay to use the N word if not used as a racist comment. I'm trying to imagine how the N word can be used appropriately and come up empty.

This may seem a bit far fetched but some may know of whom I speak:

I "honk" my horn in honor of a very special dog, who is on a mission, and bears the name "C". Way To Go C!

It may be possible that it was not stated.

How about in a discussion about language? You know, like this one. So instead of having to dance around writing The "N" word, we could actually write the correct word without fear of being punished or censored.

Or, apparently, when two people of the appropriate ethnic or cultural background say it to each other?
