Documents Request

I have been asked to provide additional documents as part of a security measure to verify who I am and where I reside. Can anyone give me an indication as to how long these documents take to be reviewed?

I am only asking as I cannot use my current android application to check for updates on my auctions which are currently listed as I cannot log-in via my phone.

From memory I think it was a couple of days for me but I have known where it has been quicker than that.

BTW re prices.... it's best to start with a minimum bid you would be happy to accept as there are not many bidding wars here.... a minimum acceptable price as well as a BIN price (anything over £1 BIN's gets items uploaded to google shopping.)
7-10 days with 10 auto reposts seems to be best for viewing results.

They are pretty quick once they have the documents.

Some members have complained about having to do this but I think it is a good thing. Both buyers and sellers are sometimes asked for this and it is a small price to pay for keeping scammers off the site.
