I don't think I'll notice the difference with my mum....she's not even 60 yet and has been off her trolley for as long as I can remember.....

At 66 you should be a grandmother, or even great grandmother, not a new mum....

    Exclamation

Dennis's mum was 42 when she had him.

His brothers and sisters are all 40+ now and he is 29.

He said he loved having older brothers and sisters and would not have wanted it any other way.

My mum was 16 when she had me and I deff KNOW she was too young.

    I was 19, 20 and then 25 with mine and I know I was much better when I was 25 that 19 or 20.

So though you can be way too young , you can also be way too old .

    66 is a beyond a JOKE.

    Thumbs down

My mum was 37 when she had me, which makes her 65 (soon). To be having a baby at my mum's age now? Too much IMHO. My Mum was older than most of the others when I was at school, but only by 10 years or so at the most (and she couldn't care less, that's my mum for you.)

Sorry, for me, it's taking things TOO FAR!!!!!!! Why couldn't this woman just adopt? There's thousands of kids all over the world who haven't got anybody. That's what I'd do if I couldn't have any. (Dunno yet, spend most of the time trying not to if you know wot I mean!) Mind you, seems she just couldn't be bothered when she was younger. Old moo! Bleurgh! Horrible!

It's started my youngest nagging me to have another baby (I'm nearly 40 ferchrissakes!), she says I've still got time to have one before I am 66. Well, thanks for that.

My gran was 42 when my mother was born and couldn't keep up with her, was desperate for her to leave home so she could slow down her life. My mother had my youngest brother at 36, hence my brother has never had any knowledge of grandparents because there were none left by the time he was born.

This woman's poor kid is never going to know grandparents, will probably not even have aunties or uncles left either, all the kids is going to know is death all around it.
