Hi as above can anyone tell me how, I have deleted their folders from programs, delete them from my search list in google settings for managing searches, i have removed them in the add remove programs and also have run malwarebytes and they are still here. I have tried to put the computer back to an earlier dates but it won't let me possibly because I am on XP and it doesn't support it any more.
Has anyone any suggestions please.

I already used spyhunter madelaine, the scanned my computer free and then asked for money to remove it and now i keep getting pop ups to buy it as i can't totally get rid of that either, I think I need a man who can.

Since you have uninstalled & they are still showing I would go into My Computer > open the C Drive, and manually remove from the files. (the files will be showing zero content anyway).

Another possibility, download C Cleaner & see if you can remove from there.

I have removed the files and their contents that i found but will give it another go. I now wish i had bought norton or mcafee and not tried to use free stuff.
I wonder if this is why my internet connection keeps dropping as well. I will go and look for more files, why don't these people just sod off with their stupid virus progs.

Been all through drive c and there is nothing in there, did find bubble dock and booted that out. looks like i am just going to have to put up with it.
