Okay i will try and dump some files and save what I can on something, I may have enough space on my external as it's 1TB or sommat
How do I save all my emails in outlook express as some have pics and info I want, is there an easy way ?

I saw this as well on outlook express (another great piece of software which is extinct grrrrr).

Some info, but I haven't done it.. as Im using windows 7 for just 10 days..

sorry shabs but i don't get that if i install win 7 it will wipe all the things out on the computer won't it? including all my emails i previously had, i cant move them after I have installed 7 as they will no longer be there, I just wish people would stop assing about and leave things alone, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

yes.. there is no upgrade path from XP to windows 7. So you will lose your programs etc.. and
will need to reinstall everything. All your hotmail emails will be available online. But its the emails you have
saved on outlook express that you need to export or migrate. I've been using outlook express
since the early 2000s and many emails there have allot of meaning for me. I will say hear hear

I just wish people would stop assing about and leave things alone, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Thanks shabs it said it won't support aero and i need another 5G of disk space on HD. 5g hd space should not be a problem as comp is full of carp.
Now I need to find out what aero is.
I also need to back everything up some place
