no the idea has no merit at all

multiple listings of the same item will see ebid being accused of total listing number manipulation we have been accused of this before,

so youd like to see a big listing injection try listing a few more items than 3 , sales encourage sales

its all very well you telling people what to do why dont you lead by example open a store, populate it, call it purple and show us what you can do

When I checked the OP's listings I saw zero. Perhaps he could take advantage of the features eBid already has, such as selling to other countries.

I had 11 products and a store and a video on each product.

i know you did i meant to second your reason but forgot, totaly agree small sellers items/collectables would get swamped by multiple identical items,

im just waiting for the banner behind the plane gag and the proposal to commission ebids very own satellite we could call it ebid voyager 1

im not sure if it will attract big sellers ,but i would go along for the launch

I never said how many would be in my numbered series, but on looking at my notes, I hope to be able to get to 14.
That would be a significant number.

The change for listings that is needed is to allow for variations of colour and size on a listing. That would actually decrease listings but would be an improvement. Quality is always better than quantity.

A way needs to be found to increase listings without resorting to manipulation. By far the best way is to increase sales and get that news out, that would bring in more sellers and listings and if they made the sales they would stay.

And ebid is actually a business run for the benefit of its owners. (its not a club)

You have seldom shown any sign of knowing that so it is refreshing to find out that you do.

Why should eBid give the impression of growth? It is growing. Well over half my sales are to newbies and my listings total goes up every day (unless I sell more than I have time to list).
