No...not sure where you came up with that one!! There are two ways to contact support. 1) Click the help button at the top right of any page, then CONTACT US tab, then click the link a little ways down. OR email, support@ebid.net.

.
I'd use the support@ebid.net e mail addy HerMajesty provided, I've used it to contact support in the past and they always respond in a timely fashion and are most helpful.
Best wishes for many sales to all,
No you dont need to contact support.

eBid is not a mega-corporation with massive staffing levels. So if you can avoid directing a query to them it takes some off the load off.
If your query is one that is likely not to be unique to you, and therefore likely to have been experienced by fellow users in the past, then asking on the forums will usually get an answer - often quicker than going via support.
If your query is something that requires access to personal information (e.g. account details), or is simply something you would prefer not to discuss on an open forum, then by all means go to support direct.
Hello,
New to this site. Have signed up seller+ and down loaded ninja lister. Can I upload my home base file with my inventory? many zip files with photos. Also I only sell hardcover books wide range of subjects and prices. I want to sell, buy it now or best offer only. Also how do I transfer my eBay listing? So many questions. Any help would be appreciated.
