Can't upgrade to free seller :o(

I try to upgrade to sell something and I click on the Free button and the system takes me to a login page. I log in again and it takes me to a blank screen. \ I tried waiting for 20 minutes but nothing happens and I still can't list anything [

2) How do upgrade my account?

You can upgrade immediately when you register by choosing SELLER or SELLER+ on the registration form. To upgrade any time after registering visit the "My Subscriptions" section of "My eBid". The details for each account plan can be seen below. This page will also show you what current plan you are on.

if you try the above a couple of times and it still does not work use this link http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php and scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill the form out and send

That's what I did, Went to "My Subscriptions" it described the choices for each plan, I checked the free plan, it took me to a sign in page, I sign in then get a blank screen

A blank screen sounds like a website glitch 3tracks. Try contacting support@ebid.net with the problem as they may not be aware of it.

Same thing happened to me using Firefox so I tried with Internet Explorer and it loaded the page. I suspect it may be due to the FF "keep my info private" setting being enabled but I do not know.
